Dear Colleague: Every six years Intermag comes to Asia, and it is with great excitement that we invite you to attend the Asia International Magnetics Conference, Intermag 2011, which will be held from Monday April 25 until Friday April 29, 2011, at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) in Taipei. Intermag is the premier conference on applied magnetics which allows scientists and engineers from all over the world to meet and discuss novel developments in magnetics, magnetic materials and associated technologies. Intermag 2011 is planned to provide a range of oral and poster presentations, invited talks and symposia, a tutorial session, and exhibitions reviewing the latest developments in magnetics. We invite you to attend the conference and actively contribute to one or more of its technical sessions. Taipei, the conference venue, is in every sense a modern metropolis, with its sleek glass and steel architecture, advanced transportation system, and vast, lively scene of shopping malls, arts venues, restaurants and night spots. The city, located in northern Taiwan, is a many-faceted treasure and offers something special for everyone.
